Because we all are unique individuals, we will all have a slightly different response to an exercise program. Fitness 4 U will help you find your optimal target heart rate training range, setup and demonstrate the exercises that will enable you to move toward your fitness goals.

3-Ways To Hit Your Goals!

Personal Training Sessions

Sessions are available for everyone - no matter your current fitness level.

• Your initial 45-60 minute consult is completely free.

• Your trainer will help you discover your optimal heart-rate training range

• Your trainer will setup and demonstrate the exercises selected for your individualized program.

• Training sessions are available for 30 or 60 minutes.

• We provide towels and a water station for your convenience.

Your initial consult is free. Please allow 45 minutes to an hour for the consultation. During your workout, we have hand towels and a water dispenser for convenience. Most clients bring their own sport bottle to fill.

Pair Training

We offer pair training for those who wish to train with a friend or family member. This is a proven training method to add more fun and support with a loved one. Training sessions are available for 30 or 60 minutes

Semi-Private Training

Semi-private training is 60 minutes. Each client has their own individualized program based on their assessment and goals. The client then goes through their program under the guidance of a trainer/coach. To keep costs down, we structure this training so that a trainer/coach can be working with up to 3 - 4 people at a time. Semi-private training offers a more personalized experience compared to large classes.
